In 1995, as Morten Harket was releasing his solo project unbeknownst to the other members of a-ha, Magne Furuholmen redirected himself into his artwork, and forgot about music for a while.  It didn't take long for him to find his way back.  After working with paint and sculpture, and holding are exhibits in museums across Norway, Mags began work on a new project with his friend, Kjetil Bjerkestrand.  Together, they formed the essence of a musical group called Timbersound.

Later, Freddie Wadling was added on vocals.

There have been three albums released by Timbersound, and, unfortunately, I know of no music videos.  These albums include the names Ti Kniver I Hjertet, Hotel Oslo and Hermetic.  Each album is part of a soundtrack to a movie or TV show with the same name, except Hermetic, which was used in the film 1732 Høtten.  The only thing I have is a live performance of the song A Room For Thought at their reception of the Edvard Prisen award 05/98.
